Shipping policy

Here at With Love, Cooper xx all orders placed through the website will be processed within 5 business days. Custom orders or personalised orders will be processed within 10 business days or as previously discussed. 

During collection launches, sales, or peak periods, processing times may extend slightly. 

As a small business, there may occasionally be short scheduled breaks where dispatch times are extended. Any shipping delays will be communicated on our website.

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post tracked shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions.

All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
We are not liable for orders that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Once parcels are handed to the postal carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the courier.

Local Pickup
Local Pickup is available. Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification unless prior arrangements have been made.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that are not collected within a reasonable timeframe.

Once your order has been packed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time.
